Replaces 42W. SYLVANIA Lamps DULUX® LED Pin Base Lamps LED replacement for conventional Compact Fluorescent Lamps for use in ECG luminaires or directly on line voltage Application DULUX LED Pin Based lamps are an energy saving alternative, designed to replace traditional compact fluorescent lamps. These LED lamps contain no mercury, and provide instant light and a uniform light distribution. These lamps are offered in SubstiTUBE® (UL Type A/ballast compatible), LEDlescent™ (UL Type B/ballast-free), or DUALescent™ (UL Type A+B), depending on which family/wattage is chosen. These lamps also minimize labor and recycling costs. Benefits and Features — DLC listed lamps allow for rebates in areas where applicable, saving on overall project cost — System LPW varies from 93 to 134 — CRI >80 — Offered in 3.5, 5.5, 6, 7, 8, 8.5, 9.5, 15 or 16 watts — Available beam angle: – Omnidirectional lamps with 360° beam angle and light emitting angle of 360° – High output lamps with either 110° or 120° beam angle and light emitting angle of 260° – CCT Selectable lamps with either 110° or 120° beam angle and light emitting angle of 150° or 360° – Ultra thin beam angle 160°, and light emitting area 320° — Energy savings up to 68% Electrical — SubstiTUBE lamps are compatible with electronic (4-pin) or magnetic (2-pin GX23) ballast; LEDlescent lamps are operated directly wired to line voltage; DUALescent can be operated either on magnetic ballasts or directly wired to line voltage, either 2-pin or 4-pin lamp holders — Lamps with “DIM” in the description are 0-10V dimmable with select compatible 0-10V dimming ballasts — Power Factor >0.9 — THD <20% Certifications and Listings — cULus 1993, cULus 1598c for Type B lamps — DLC 5.1 for some lamps — RoHS — NSF Listed: NSF/ANSI Standard 2 – Food Equipment — FCC Title 47 CFR, Part 15 Non-Consumer — Mercury Free Rated Life — 50,000 hours (L 70) Warranty — 5 year limited lamp warranty (24/7 operation) — NLB Trusted Warranty Program Ambient Operating Range — -4°F to +104°F (-20°C to +40°C) |

| General Specifications | |||
Watts |
7WATTS A unit of electrical power. Lamps are rated in watts to indicate the rate at which they consume energy. This Sylvania 41713 Bulb is rated at 7 watts. |
||
Volts |
120VOLTS A measure of "electrical pressure" between two points. The higher the voltage, the more current will be pushed through a resistor connected across the points. The volt specification of an incandescent lamp is the electrical "pressure" required to drive it at its designed point. The "voltage" of a ballast (e.g. 277 V) refers to the line voltage it must be connected to. This Sylvania 41713 Bulb is rated at 120 volts. |
||
Base Type |
G24q-1 (4-Pin)BASE TYPE The base is the end of the lamp that fits into the receptacle connected to the electrical supply. There are many types of bases used in lamps, screw bases being the most common for incandescent and HID lamps, while bipin bases are common for linear fluorescent lamps. This Sylvania 41713 Bulb has a base type of G24q-1 (4-Pin). |
||
Rated Average Life |
50000 hrsRATED AVERAGE LIFE This is the manufacturer provided rating for the average expected life of a lamp. For most lamp types, rated lamp life is the length of time of a statistically large sample between first use and the point when 50% of the lamps have failed. Note, this is not a manufacturer guarantee of life, but an estimate based on typical average testing. It is possible to define a "useful life" of a lamp based on practical considerations involving lumen depreciation and color shift. This Sylvania 41713 Bulb has an rated average life of 50000 hours. |
||
Color Temperature |
3500 KCOLOR TEMPERATURE A measure indicating the degree of "yellowness" or "blueness" of a white light source. Measured in kelvins, Color Temperature represents the temperature an incandescent object (like a filament) must reach to mimic the color of the light emitting from the lamp. Yellowish-white ("warm") sources, like incandescent lamps, have lower color temperatures in the 2700K-3000K range; white and bluish-white ("cool") sources, such as cool white (4100K) and natural daylight (6000K), have higher color temperatures. The higher the color temperature the whiter, or bluer, the light will be. The lower the color temperature the more yellow the light will be. This Sylvania 41713 Bulb has a color temperature of 3500 K. |
||
Lumens |
830LUMENS A measure of the luminous flux or quantity of light emitted by a source. For example, a dinner candle provides about 12 lumens. A 60-watt Soft White incandescent lamp provides about 840 lumens. This Sylvania 41713 Bulb emits 830 lumens. |
||
Color Rendering Index (CRI) |
80COLOR RENDERING INDEX (CRI) An international system used to rate a lamp's ability to render object colors. The higher the CRI (based upon a 0-100 scale) the richer and more true colors generally appear. CRI ratings of various lamps may be compared, but a numerical comparison is only valid if the lamps are close in color temperature. CRI differences among lamps are not usually significant (visible to the eye) unless the difference is more than 3-5 points. This Sylvania 41713 Bulb is rated at 80 CRI color rendering index. |
||
Bulb Finish |
FrostedBULB FINISH The bulb coating of the bulb. Typical values include clear, frost, and colored. This Sylvania 41713 Bulb has a Frosted bulb finish. |
