Product Description |
||
Replaces (3) F32T8; (2)F54T5. A cost effect LED Vapor Tight Fixture, features full length polycarbonate lens, one piece white (PC) Polycarbonate body. Designed to meet or exceed IES recommended Fc at installed heights for parking drive lane compliance. For uses as utility lighting, parking garage and stairwell lighting where meets applicable building and safety codes. Stainless Steel spec grade hasps and clips. MaxLite engineered low drive rates allow cooler operating temperatures. This translates as less thermal heat sinking needed, while allowing more LED's to be used, resulting in more lumen output. Cooler LED's perform correspondingly longer than harder driven hot LED's. |

Specifications |

| General Specifications | |||
Watts |
31WATTS A unit of electrical power. Lamps are rated in watts to indicate the rate at which they consume energy. This MaxLite 73225 Bulb is rated at 31 watts. |
||
Rated Average Life |
50000 hrsRATED AVERAGE LIFE This is the manufacturer provided rating for the average expected life of a lamp. For most lamp types, rated lamp life is the length of time of a statistically large sample between first use and the point when 50% of the lamps have failed. Note, this is not a manufacturer guarantee of life, but an estimate based on typical average testing. It is possible to define a "useful life" of a lamp based on practical considerations involving lumen depreciation and color shift. This MaxLite 73225 Bulb has an rated average life of 50000 hours. |
||
Color Temperature |
4000 KCOLOR TEMPERATURE A measure indicating the degree of "yellowness" or "blueness" of a white light source. Measured in kelvins, Color Temperature represents the temperature an incandescent object (like a filament) must reach to mimic the color of the light emitting from the lamp. Yellowish-white ("warm") sources, like incandescent lamps, have lower color temperatures in the 2700K-3000K range; white and bluish-white ("cool") sources, such as cool white (4100K) and natural daylight (6000K), have higher color temperatures. The higher the color temperature the whiter, or bluer, the light will be. The lower the color temperature the more yellow the light will be. This MaxLite 73225 Bulb has a color temperature of 4000 K. |
||
Lumens |
3937LUMENS A measure of the luminous flux or quantity of light emitted by a source. For example, a dinner candle provides about 12 lumens. A 60-watt Soft White incandescent lamp provides about 840 lumens. This MaxLite 73225 Bulb emits 3937 lumens. |
||
Color Rendering Index (CRI) |
83COLOR RENDERING INDEX (CRI) An international system used to rate a lamp's ability to render object colors. The higher the CRI (based upon a 0-100 scale) the richer and more true colors generally appear. CRI ratings of various lamps may be compared, but a numerical comparison is only valid if the lamps are close in color temperature. CRI differences among lamps are not usually significant (visible to the eye) unless the difference is more than 3-5 points. This MaxLite 73225 Bulb is rated at 83 CRI color rendering index. |

Safety Notices & Warnings |
||
Turn off electrical power at fuse or circuit breaker box before wiring fixture to the power supply. Turn off the power when you perform any maintenance. Verify that supply voltage is correct by comparing it with the luminaire label information. Make all electrical and grounded connections in accordance with the National Electrical Code and any applicable local code requirements. All wiring connections should be capped with UL approved wire connectors. Wear gloves and safety glasses at all times when removing luminaire from carton, installing, servicing or performing maintenance. Avoid direct eye exposure to the light source while it is on. Account for small parts and destroy packing material, as these may be hazardous to children. Keep combustible and other materials that can burn away from luminaire and lamp/lens. MIN 90 DEGREES C SUPPLY CONDUCTORS. |
